1. Mandatory Scholarly Non-Substitution Clause

Haadi AI and all digital search indices provided across Haadi.org, iOS, and watchOS platforms are educational research aids. They do NOT issue binding religious decrees (Fatwas), resolve complex legal or inheritance disputes (Mirath/Faraid), or determine judicial verdicts. Users are obligated to seek counsel from live qualified Islamic scholars and authorized Muftis for personal legal rulings.

2. Waqf (Public Good) License

All software source code and datasets developed by Haadi.org are provided as an open Islamic public endowment. Non-commercial scholarly use, reproduction of authentic scriptures, and distribution for beneficial educational purposes are encouraged with proper citation.
